Workrate Security and Randstad Bewaking join forces and move forward together. Both companies are top ten players in the Dutch security sector and are recognized as top tier professional companies in their field for decades now. Two companies, each with their own expertise and market orientation, make one new strong player that did not exist yet, but will definitely meet the ever developing market needs. We are extremely proud of that!

With the acquisition of Randstad, Workrate is strengthening its market position in both the private and public sector. Jop Wolff, CEO of Workrate Security Holding: ”Workrate and Randstad are a great fit because customers and employees are central to both companies. Although it is an acquisition by Workrate, for the near future the company will continue under its own name and current management. Wolff: “Randstad has been a valued player in our sector for many years. We believe that the current name is important at this point in continuing the success of this well-established organization. We therefore welcome all employees of both companies to our joint future.”
